Before devoting his work to CareerInConsulting.com, Sébastien was a Strategy Consultant in leading consulting firms. 

In addition, Sébastien teaches more than 300 hours of classes per year in the best MBA programs to show MBA candidates how to land jobs in the highly competitive consulting industry.

Sébastien is a software engineer by training and holds an MBA from HEC Paris.

There is no specific limit on the number of coaching sessions you can have – we spend the time necessary to ensure you are in the top 1% of candidates and ready to land offers in the consulting firm of your dreams. 

You’ll work with each of the six coaches at CareerInConsulting.com. We are not a marketplace where you can sign up for a program without knowing the coach who will help you. Instead, all our coaches (4 former consultants and 2 former recruiters) will work with you until you get an offer. Important: all the coaches have an extensive experience in Consulting (minimum Project Leader or Senior Recruiter) and have outstanding experience as career coaches. 

If you don’t get a consulting offer, we’ll give you feedback on what may have been the driving factor(s). We’ll also work with you on an action plan for your next steps. Besides, you’ll stay in the program and continue to be trained at no additional costs.

Our success rates can be as high as 85% for top-tier consulting firms (vs. 1-3% on the industry average). Many factors can explain this crazy success rate: 1) our expertise as career coaches. 2) our logic-driven approach to solving case studies. 3) powerful storytelling principles. 4) the structure of our coaching program and its unlimited coaching sessions. 5) we choose carefully the candidates we work with. 

There is no guarantee of landing an offer – Your chances of getting an offer depend on how you perform in interviews, but also on who else you are competing with in the recruitment season. What we do guarantee is to give all the coaching sessions you need to be ready for your interviews and our honest evaluation of your chances. We’ll give you the best possible advice on how to present yourself to maximize your chances. If you are unsuccessful in your applications, we’ll figure out your next steps together.

We typically start work with clients 3-6 months before their first application deadline. The length of time that is best for you depends on how many hours you can dedicate to our program per week. On average, our clients spend between 5 and 15 hours per week on their preparation, and get ready between 4 and 8 weeks. 

The program’s content is 100% personalized and based on your background and objectives. Therefore, the cost will be discussed during a discovery call with us.
